• The data will be stored in the server only for 30 days.
• Predicted complex structures: 10 models are shown by pv. Protein 1 and Protein 2 are colored in green and purple.
• Model Information: The final models of GalaxyHeteromer are obtained by template-based docking (TBD) and/or ab initio docking. Models generated by TBD are prioritized to models generated by ab initio docking. Ab initio docking is performed by GalaxyTongDock_A.
• Models generated by TBD: The models are ranked by Template score (a combination of TM-scores of Protein 1 and Protein 2 structures to the corresponding templates). For details, follow the Information link above. Template type is the type of template used for model building (monomer, homo-oligomer or heterodimer). Template PDB ID is provided with chain ID in the case of heterodimer templates.
• Models generated by ab initio docking: The models are ranked by the GalaxyTongDock_A cluster size. For models with the same cluster size, GalaxyTongDock_A scores may also be examined to assess the model quality. The higher GalaxyTongDock_A score is the better.
• Download: Up to 50 GalaxyHeteromer models can be downloaded.
