Method for GalaxyAbDesign

Galaxy AbDesign is a method of designing antibodies that can bind to a desired target antigen. Initial antibodies are generated using TongDock, a protein-protein docking program, and further optimization is performed through in silico CDR grafting and mutagenesis to generate final antibodies.

Inputs for GalaxyAbDesign

First, you have to enter the following information required for design.

  • Job name: Enter job name for your recognition.
  • E-mail address: GalaxyWEB server will send progress reports of your job (if provided).

You have to provide a antigen structure in the PDB File Format. If you have an antibody construct that you want to use as a starting point, you can put it as a PDB file format.
