Antibody viscosity prediction based on protein-protein docking calculation
Method for GalaxyAbVisc

GalaxyAntiVisc calculates the viscosity of antibody solutions from an input antibody structure by performing protein-protein docking calcuation by GalaxyTongDock. It measures the docking affinity between antibody molecules and linearly transforms it to the viscosity value.
Inputs for GalaxyAbVisc
- Job name: Enter job name for your recognition.
- E-mail address (Optional): GalaxyWEB server will send progress reports of your job (if provided).
- Antibody structure: Provide a structure of fragment antigen binding region (fab) in the PDB format.
- Constant region: Choose a constant region type. (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4)
- pH: Provide the pH of the antibody solution. (default = 6.0)
