GalaxyDomDock
GalaxyDomDock predicts possible relative orientations of two domains of a protein chain. GalaxyDomDock can be applied to two cases: 1-linker case and 2-linker case. In the 1-linker case, the two domains are connected by a single linker. In the 2-linker case, they are connected by two linkers, as depicted in the figure on the right.
