Monomer models of PISA benchmark set

These models are used in performance test of symmetric docking. GalaxyTongDock_PISA_models.zip contains two sub-directories. First, C_symmetry contains monomer models of 89 Cn symmetric targets used in performance test of GalaxyTongDock_C. Second, D_symmetry contains monomer models of 29 Dn symtmeric targets used in performance test of GalaxyTongDock_D. Both directories contain target list files, which are C_symmetric_targets and D_symmetric_targets, having id and oligomeric state of targets.
